GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a model you hereby agree to the standard terms and conditions below.

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 working hours: Full fee

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Half fee

  • Weather permit (same-day): Half fee if immediately rescheduled; full fee if not rescheduled

  • Weather permit cancellations made earlier follow the standard cancellation policy

  • Provisional bookings not confirmed within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled

  • Recurring weekly holds are considered confirmed unless cancelled or changed with 24 hours' notice

 

Rates

  • Half day: covers up to 4 hours

  • Full day: covers up to 8 hours

  • Overtime: time-and-a-half applies after 8 hours

  • Lingerie/Swim rate: applies for swimwear, bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, jockey/boxer shorts, sleepwear, or transparent/translucent garments. Must be confirmed with model prior to booking.

 

Lunch Breaks

It is our policy to bill for lunch breaks, unless waived with 48 hours' notice

For bookings over 5 hours, client must provide:

  • 30-minute meal break

  • 5 minute rest/bathroom break for every 3 hours worked

 

Usage Rights

  • Usage is limited to the specific rights granted (e.g. geography, number of images, media type)

  • Additional usage must be negotiated through the agency

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Disclose any extraordinary conditions or requirements

  • Provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings

  • Specify weather conditions when booking with weather permit

  • Confirm with agency to avoid advertising conflicts

 

Non-Solicitation

Client may not solicit, refer to third parties, or hire any model directly that was introduced, booked, or associated through Metric Models

Client shall not induce any model to terminate or breach their agreement with Metric Models

 

Attendance & Liability

  • The agency is not responsible if a model fails to attend due to illness or unforeseen events

    •  A replacement or refund will be offered

    •   Clients are encouraged to insure against potential losses

  • The agency shall not be liable for any other loss suffered by the client

  • If the client is not satisfied with the model, the agency must be notified within the first 90 minutes of the job

  • If not notified, the model is considered accepted and billable in full

Additional Fees

Agency Fees

  • 20% agency service charge applied to all billings

  • 4% finance charge applied to unpaid invoices over 30 days

Travel Booking Fee

  • $50 for fares up to $499

  • $99 for fares $500 and above
